Shipping Policy Spellbound Automotive LTD Shipping Policy

SHIPPING METHODS:

Enjoy free standard shipping to anywhere in the Continental U.S. on orders over $150.
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–4 business days and take 2-5 business days to arrive via standard shipping.
For orders under $150, a $6 flat-rate shipping fee is applicable in the Continental U.S.
Standard shipping rates apply for Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.
Expedited shipping options and pricing are available at checkout. Orders placed before 12:00 pm PT are processed and shipped on the same business day.
Please note that weekends and holidays are non-business days, including for expedited shipping. Weekend or holiday orders will be processed on the next business day.
Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order is shipped.
Credit card authorization and address verification are required before shipping. Authorization may take up to 24 hours.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

Currently, international shipping is not available, but it is a future consideration.

DAMAGED ORDERS:

Contact us at bWmR69131@outlook.com within 3 days of receiving a damaged or incorrect item. Include a photo of the item and your order number for assistance.

LOST ORDERS:

In case of a lost order, reach out to us to open an inquiry into the lost package. While shipping carriers are responsible post-warehouse, we will assist in the resolution. Confête holds no responsibility for lost packages.
